Dan Lysik, CFA joined Miller Value Partners in 2016, bringing with him the Deep Value Strategy he managed at Pratt Capital, a Firm he founded in 2009. Pratt Capital served High Net Worth, Family Office, and Institutional clients. Prior to Pratt, Dan served as Managing Director of the Fundamental Equity Team at PNC Capital Advisors from 2005 through 2009. From 1998 through 2005, Dan was a Partner at Brown Investment Advisory, serving as Portfolio Manager for Large Cap Value. Dan is a CFA charterholder, earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and earned a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University.
